4. Travel Bookings & Host Agency Relationship
Grand Adventures provides travel planning and advisory services; all bookings are processed through our host agency, (Trevello Travel Group) which is TICO-registered and responsible for payment collection, supplier contracts, and issuance of travel documents.
By accepting a travel quote or proposal through Travefy, clients agree to the booking terms and conditions of:
- Grand Adventures, fulfilling travel planning and advisory services,
- The host agency handling payment and ticketing, and
- The individual suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators) fulfilling the services.
Grand Adventures does not process credit card payments directly and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or refunds made by third-party suppliers.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
5. Liability Disclaimer
All travel involves some level of risk. Grand Adventures acts as an independent advisor and cannot be held liable for:
- Injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by third-party suppliers,
- Changes in schedules, accommodations, or services,
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events,
- Errors or omissions on this website or within third-party content.
All services are offered “as is,” without any warranty of reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
