Accessibility isn\u2019t an afterthought here: it\u2019s part of how I plan, communicate, and care for my clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I work collaboratively with travellers to understand their needs and design trips that feel <strong>supportive, flexible, and empowering<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Accessibility Means Here<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accessibility looks different for everyone. I welcome conversations about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mobility needs (including step-free access, walking limits, and pace)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neurodivergence and sensory considerations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chronic illness, fatigue, or energy management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dietary needs and allergies (plant-based and allergen-aware by default)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hearing, vision, or communication preferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invisible disabilities and fluctuating access needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no \u201cone-size-fits-all\u201d traveller, and there doesn\u2019t need to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You never need to justify or explain your needs beyond what you\u2019re comfortable sharing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invisible Disabilities &amp; the Sunflower Lanyard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may see me wearing a <strong>sunflower lanyard<\/strong> in some of my photos. This symbol represents <strong>invisible disabilities<\/strong> and signals that extra patience, understanding, or flexibility may be needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I share this intentionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accessibility isn\u2019t always visible, and neither are the ways people experience travel. My goal is to create space where travellers feel safe sharing what they need, without fear of judgment or dismissal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How I Support Accessible Travel Planning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While every trip is different, accessibility support may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Researching accommodations with realistic accessibility features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thoughtful itinerary pacing and rest-aware planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear, detailed itineraries to reduce cognitive load<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparent communication about terrain, transit, and activity demands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive coordination with hotels, tour operators, and partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honest guidance when something isn\u2019t a good fit, and alternatives that are<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If something won\u2019t work, I\u2019ll tell you plainly.
