Travel Bookings &amp; Host Agency Relationship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grand Adventures provides <strong>travel planning and advisory services<\/strong>; all bookings are processed through our <strong>host agency<\/strong>, (<a href=\"https:\/\/trevello.com\/ambermay\/\">Trevello Travel Group<\/a>) which is TICO-registered and responsible for payment collection, supplier contracts, and issuance of travel documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accepting a travel quote or proposal through <strong>Travefy<\/strong>, clients agree to the booking terms and conditions of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grand Adventures<\/strong>, fulfilling travel planning and advisory services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>host agency<\/strong> handling payment and ticketing, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>individual suppliers<\/strong> (such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators) fulfilling the services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grand Adventures does <strong>not<\/strong> process credit card payments directly and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or refunds made by third-party suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase <strong>Comprehensive Travel Insurance<\/strong>, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Liability Disclaimer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All travel involves some level of risk.
